Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Any TV Remote Control mobile application (also published as "Any TV Universal Remote"; the "App") and the website anytv.app (together, the "Services"), operated by Klebo Ltd ("Klebo", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus.
By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The App
The App turns your smartphone into a remote control for compatible Smart TVs and TV boxes over your local Wi‑Fi network and, on supported Android devices, via an infrared (IR) blaster. Depending on your TV model and platform, features include navigation, touchpad and mouse control, a virtual keyboard, media and volume controls, launching TV apps, switching inputs, power control, and casting photos and videos.
Feature availability depends on your TV's brand, model, firmware and network configuration. We do not guarantee that every feature will work with every device. The App is an independent product of Klebo Ltd and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Samsung, LG, Sony, TCL, Hisense, Philips, Panasonic, Sharp, Vestel, Vizio, Roku, Amazon, Google, Apple or any TV manufacturer or platform provider. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the rules of the app store from which you downloaded it (the Apple App Store or Google Play, each a "Store").
You may not: (a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or lease the App; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; (c) use the App to control devices you are not authorized to control; or (d) use the App in any unlawful manner or in violation of Store rules.
3. Free features and Pro subscription
Basic remote-control features are available free of charge. Additional features ("Pro") are available through an optional auto-renewing subscription purchased as an in-app purchase through your Store account.
3.1 Plans and pricing
Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription with different billing periods (for example, monthly or yearly). The current plans and their exact prices, including any applicable taxes, are displayed in the App and in the Store checkout before you confirm your purchase. Prices may vary by country and currency.
We may change subscription prices. Price changes apply from the next billing period and are handled and notified in accordance with the rules of the applicable Store, which may require your consent before a higher price takes effect.
3.2 Billing and automatic renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (for the App Store) or your Google account (for Google Play) at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price of the plan.
- All billing is processed by the Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
3.3 Free trials and introductory offers
If a free trial or introductory offer is available, it is presented before purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically to a paid subscription at the displayed price. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable under the Store's rules.
3.4 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Store account:
- Apple App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or via Apple's instructions.
- Google Play: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or via Google's instructions.
3.5 Refunds
Purchases are made through the Stores, and refunds are handled by the applicable Store operator under its own policies. To request a refund, contact Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play support. Except where required by applicable law, we cannot issue refunds directly for Store purchases. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer, including withdrawal rights under EU consumer law where they apply.
4. Requirements and third-party services
The App requires a compatible smartphone and, for Wi‑Fi control, that your phone and TV are connected to the same local network. Your use of a Store, of your TV and of any third-party services accessed through your TV is governed by those parties' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party devices, networks or services.
5. Intellectual property
The App, the website and all related content (excluding third-party trademarks) are owned by Klebo Ltd and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are granted to you.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using the Services you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be compatible with your TV, uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klebo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (US $50).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 8 and 11) survive.
10. Apple App Store additional terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
- These Terms are between you and Klebo Ltd only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
- In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including product-liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer-protection or similar legislation.
- In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual-property rights, Klebo Ltd, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of such claim.
- You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms, except that if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have access to alternative dispute resolution entities in your country of residence for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice, for example in the App or on this website. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
